## Booking cancellation
Cancel before technician dispatch or device intake for the simplest path. After intake, inspection or logistics fees may apply as disclosed.
## Rescheduling
Subject to capacity. Request changes as early as possible.
## Pickup cancellation
If pickup is cancelled late, a fee may apply when configured and disclosed.
## Diagnosis outcome / quote refusal
You may refuse a revised quote. Unrepaired devices are returned per service mode. Inspection fees already accepted remain payable.
## Refund eligibility
Eligible refunds follow the payment method used and the processing period defined after legal approval.
## Escalation
Contact support with booking ID if you disagree with an outcome.
